Dave's Supermarket was built & established on Christian principles in 1950 when Dave & Emma Lou Steffen opened the doors at this same location. The store was only 3, 800 sq. Ft. And they had just three employees. Together they worked hard to supply quality service & deal honestly with all clients. In 1975, their kids decided to join the business, and that was the year of a major remodel. The building has since been remodeled & enlarged five times. With God's blessings and surrounding themselves with dedicated staff members the business has slowly increased to 150 employees and the building is now over 40, 000 sq. Ft.

Currently, AWG does over $10 billion in annual sales with almost 4,000 retailers across 36 states. We're thankful for the added buying power and the opportunity to pass along deeper discounts to you, our customers! We now have anywhere from 3 to 5 thousand temporary reduced pricies all over the store marked with yellow signs in addition to our weekly ad.
