Outstanding customer service starting with the young lady named Iris, who i met over the phone. I spoke with her at least three times over the course of the fence completion ( She was Very polite and helpful each time). When I met with Felix onsite, he assured me that they would research the property lines and take care of getting the right people out to mark for cables and power lines before they start. Felix's crew built 315 feet of 6 foot, wood fencing, ALL IN ONE DAY. They left "no" trash behind, all they left was a a very sturdy beautifully crafted fence. The fence was a gift for my daughter, so while she was out of town, Felix and his crew came in and did an excellent job! When my daughter returned home the next day, she could not believe her eyes. "BIG THANKS to Felix and the entire Crew"!!!

A wonderful experience with David S. Fence. I am very grateful to Felix and Iris and the installation crew for professional, efficient and really outstanding customer care. They were honest and prompt with responses and follow-up. The fence installation was a lesson in ease an proficiency. I was truly impressed. Probably the best crew to do improvements on my home in my 15 years of living here. Both my neighbors on the side of my property have complimented my fence. I feel like my pup is truly safe after Felix went the extra mile and had his crew reinforce a small sloped section to put my mind at ease. I have already recommended them to a friend and would advise anyone to go with David S. Fence for a quality, professional job!

I have to give a huge credit to this company. Felix had to do several measurements due to HOA requirements. He did not give up on me. At the end I had a beautiful fence.
Customer service was excellent. Iris was a listener and professional. She responded to every call, email and text.

When I tell you Felix and crew can get the job done, believe it. Got a few quotes for fencing and decided to go with David S. Fence Co. One side of my property runs up against a neighbor that already has a fence. I had been told by other companies that the smooth side of the fence would have to be facing inward because there was another fence along that side of the property. Felix and crew were able to build it with the smooth side outward. They also worked around a tree (star magnolia) that I haven't been able to move. My yard slopes down hill so there were quite a few challenges for setting up this fencing. They came a day earlier based on a last minute cancellation and completed the entire project by 6pm on that day. They work clean and quickly. No mess left behind. I cannot thank you enough for the work you and your crew put in to get me this beautiful fence at a reasonable price.

David S. fence just installed my fences in my new house. They helped me to get HOA approval before starting the work. They did a great job. Now my dogs can go outside to play.

I would use David S Fence again; however, there were a couple hiccups. I worked with Felix to identify the issues and correct them. While Felix was a professional communicator and generally pretty responsive I would have liked to have 0 issues.

Following up the review to change from 2-4 stars to add that Felix came back out and made proper correction ahead of schedule. He replaced warped boards and secured the wobbly post.

Felix and his crew did such a great job with our fence. They were efficient and communicated well to make sure our fence was just right. Felix made sure that everything was good with the fence and anything that needed to be fixed, he fixed right away. I really enjoyed working with them.

The crew was scheduled to do the work on Saturday, 10/15, however, they called snd came today and completed the installation of my new fence in only 2 1/2 hours. And what a beautiful fence it is! We called looking for a fence to be built as soon as possible for our new build in Charlotte. Felix and his crew had us on his schedule in a week and he built it in one day. Very quality as well. We couldnt ask for anything more. Also, our golden doodle approves of his work

They did good work installing our privacy fence in what seemed like no time at all. Scott was very communicative and responsive, staying connected and answering questions throughout the process. Scott and Felix were both onsite, ensuring a fairly smooth installation. I wish they were a little more accommodating about fixing a few gaps between some of the fence panels that were noticed after the installation, but overall it's a nice fence.

The company was very easy to work with. Scott was amazing and was able to give us exactly what we wanted. My family is enjoying it greatly!

These guys did a great job converting an oddly shaped backyard into a very accessible fenced in area for my dog. The install was quick and easy, they tackled all the prep work, and the end result was very quality work. They came back a second time no-questions-asked to add a couple small details we requested. Great team, money well spent.
