He was patient with our mistakes and changes and always tactful in his advice - which we learned to listen to carefully! He uses only the highest of materials and demands the finest quality of workmanship from his crews and subcontractors. He was on the job almost everyday, checking the smallest of details. Do it right or do it over. We'd never built a house before and it was fun!

The construction on both buildings was a steel frame of columns and beams with structural masonry walls. These projects were designed and closely inspected by architects and engineers, which required attention to detailed plans and specifications, and the ability to work at a high professional level. David has inspected commercial steel buildings, provided written opinions, consultation and testimony as a court qualified expert witness in civil litigation matters.
