Owner Roberta Depillo has over twenty five years knowledge in the food service business. She spent over fifteen years learning the industry before getting her culinary degree in 1996. Soon after graduating she established Culinary Arts Catering in Roseburg, Oregon. Her continued success allowed her to expand the business to include a complete service restaurant, The Villiage Bistro and Bakery which she operated until 2001. Turning over a healthy operation to her business partner, she set her sites on Southern California to be closer to her family.
