Loubat Equipment Company. Began serving restaurants in New Orleans 133 years ago as Loubat Glassware & Cork Co. For a brief period during the 1980s, Loubat was united with L. Frank & Co. Distributor of the American Beauty line of poultry, eggs and dairy products. In 1985, the two firms parted ways after realizing that selling provides and selling food were two different entities. Since that time, Loubat Equipment has expanded to be New Orleans premier equipment, smallwares, and design firm.
