Delta was established in February 1998 by its then CEO, Joseph A. Kennedy. His more than twenty five years of knowledge in private career college ownership and management includes managing multi-campus operations, developing and executing strategic plans, attracting and developing high-energy results-oriented management teams, and opening branch operations. He has presented extensively within the career college field as a recognized leader of quality institutions.
