We'll be piloting a new class over the next couple weeks to get ready for the Sasquatch Open and to test out different class times for holding such a class. The class will be structured around conditioning, matches from standing, and Q/A. You are welcome to join even if you don't plan on competiting. The only thing I ask is that you don't quit or give up during the class. The class times are as follows. The expanded DMJJA wrestling program will start in May. The classes will be held on the following days/times.
