Hung Gar (Southern Chinese style) Kung Fu offers classes to unlock participant's true potential by training body, spirit and mind. This is not a sport; it is more than punching and kicking. Kung Fu is a thinking man's art. Real training in martial arts is inherently an endeavor in social activism. The Wulin Community of Martial Artists Hung Gar style originated in the Southern Shaolin Temple in southern China over 300 years ago. The name means Hung Family Fist. The most famous practice set in this style of Kung Fu is called Tiger and Crane.

He was Grandmaster McKissick's first student from Peoria, IL. He is fully committed to providing each student with the most effective, realistic and safest training possible. He specialized in instruction, leadership and mentoring in collaboration with organizations to improve mental and physical health utilizing martial arts. Sifu Parker is member of the Low Tiger Kuntao Federation and Low Tiger 3N Indonesian & Kuntao Martial Arts.
