Diablo Dermatology was founded over 30 years ago by Dr. David A. Fisher. Our current Physician Assistant, James A. Jewell, has been with Diablo Dermatology continuously since 1988. Many of our team members started with Dr. Fisher and have maintained their employment with Diablo Dermatology for many years. Dr. Noel Chiu started collaborating with Dr. Fisher in 2003. Dr. Chiu assumed leadership of the practice in 2005. After over 30 years of practicing, Dr. Fisher officially retired in the summer of 2006.
