Had a major plumbing back up caused by tree roots that has been recurring. I was able to schedule an appointment right away that worked into my schedule and was given a courtesy call when the truck was on the way.
When he arrived Grant was able to diagnose and then clear the immediate problem. Because this had been a recurring problem Grant recommended that rather than continually calling someone out to hydro jet roots every time there's a problem (which isn't cheap and always happens in the most inopportune times), a sleeve could be shot through the pipe to prevent the roots from getting in again.
We agreed to have the sleeve installed which was to take place on Friday with the possibility of completion on Monday morning. The crew were friendly and efficient and wrapped everything up for me by Friday ahead of schedule (in one day!)
The newly poured concrete looks really good. You'd never know concrete was busted through in my driveway. And my outside area was left looking even nicer with everything sprayed down and cleaned up.
I'm relieved and reassured that I won't be facing this ongoing plumbing issue thanks to Dial One Sonshine. Phew!

My A/C just wouldn't cool. Stayed on 24/7. Duncan came out. Very professional and customer friendly. He did a great job. Checked unit and ducting for leaks and had to refill unit a little. Had the right equipment to check efficiency. Was respectful of property with gloves and booties in the house. Reasonable charge for all the work done. I signed up for them to come out multiple times a year for maintenance. Being a veteran I like that they respect veterans. Would highly recommend this company

After having our old asbestos ducts removed, Arun visited and evaluated the reason our old system was not circulating enough air to the farthest room in the house. Following the installation, the airflow has significantly improved. The other contractors I obtained quotes from did not mention this issue, which is why I chose Arun and I am extremely happy and satisfied with the work done.
The work was completed quickly and efficiently, and the team was very accommodating of our scheduling conflict with the abatement team, who required us to reschedule twice to a later date. I would give them more than 10 out of 5 stars if possible.
