read moreI started at a young age with my interest in jewelry; all of my allowance was spent on costume jewelry. I started working at Glover's Jewelry in Payette, Idaho in 1979 and then moved to the San Diego area in 1982. I then started my career at Collison's Diamonds, another AGS firm where I completed all of my GIA and AGS courses. I took over the business in 1996 and the store became Diamond Creations by Ramona. I am proud to have my store specialize in loose diamonds, colored stones, and custom designs, all the while offering the very best in designer jewelry.

read moreAs members of Independent Jewelers Organization we have the opportunity to travel to Antwerp, Belgium, the Diamond Capital of the World. We travel to Antwerp every year to buy diamonds directly from the Debeers sight-holders. In addition to purchasing diamonds for our store, we also serve as a diamond broker for some of our customers, finding a diamond for them in Antwerp. We always enjoy finding a special diamond for someone and then delivering it personally along with a box of Belgian chocolates that we have hand carried across the Atlantic from Europe.
