Great service!
Another company had serviced my air conditioner, six weeks later and $$$, my living room and bed room were 82 degrees. This was the second time this had happened.I decided that this was the last time!Fernando, from Direct Cooling, found the problems and fixed them within an hour.

Efficient & polite
Was having a cooling issue. Was recommended Frankie at Direct cooling from a friend in the contracting business. When I called he was able to get a tech ( Fernando) out the next morning. He was very polite, efficient and explained everything he was going to do. He checked the entire system including the Freon levels. Said system was older however in decent shape and only needed Freon at this time! Ok, great to hear...did not make up and up sell all kinds of extras. Did mention that when we were ready to upgrade the system that they would be able to help me and have great deals. The system is older and we are in Florida so who knows how long my current system will last, when it does go I WILL be calling Frankie Value for Money
