We also accept Word files, Publisher, Freehand, Corel Draw, and other files, but these usually involve more prepress time and thus cost more for us to prepare the files for press. We accept files uploaded, emailed, on CD, on usb thumb drives, and zip discs. It is always best to supply a printout (from the disc) so we know what the job looks like. A PDF file can be created using many different methods, some applications use a built-in PDF converter, and some have only the ability to print out a postscript file through the print menu.
