Don's Specialty Meats has two great locations off of both I-49 and I-10 in Carencro and Scott, LA. The Carencro location, on I-49 Frontage Rd. Has been in business since 1993. In 2005 the 2nd store was built on I-10 Frontage Rd. In Scott. The two stores are maintained under the same ownership, Mark Aubrey Cole, and the superb quality of meat is maintained under the same management with over thirty five years of knowledge. Since 1993 Don's Specialty Meats in Carencro, LA has been making the same great boudin and cracklins that are ubiquitously known as South Louisiana's finest!
