Outstanding service!
I called Eric on Sunday morning because my garage door didn't close on Saturday night. He was at my condo by 2:00. He installed a new opener and fixed other things that needed to be worked on. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. He answered all of my questions and helped me set my password and provided me with the necessary information to set up the app on my phone. One night last week I came home and shut the garage door and heard a horrible noise as it came to a rough stop. I called and left a message with another vendor and they never called me back. I called Doors-2-Fix at 7:30am the next morning and was given a window of 11-1pm and told a text would happen alerting me when the tech was 30 min. out. Sure enough, I received the text and before noon and a gentleman named Derek arrived. He has us all fixed up by 1:30pm. We had a problem with the motor and he said we may want to consider replacing the springs as they were nearing the end of their life span. He had all of the parts on his truck and has us fixed up in no time. Nice guy that knows what he doing (and was kind enough to listen to our dogs barking their heads off in the house). He did some other adjustments and our door is smooth and running like new. I'm surprised at how bad it was before seeing now how slow, smooth and steady the door is operating. I appreciate the prompt response and top notch customer service. Value for Money

Garage door wasn't opening correctly. I was pretty sure there was something wrong with the springs. I put out my quote request on Yelp and received several price quotes. I really needed somebody the next day since I was meeting AFW at my home anyway. Doors-2-Fix got me on the schedule the next day. Mike came out fixed my springs and tuned my door up perfect. It was all no hassle, the repair was quick, and it was very affordable. Definitely recommend them in the future. Value for Money

Great company
Our garage door stopped opening while my family and I were leaving around 6:30pm. We figured we'd find someone that at best case could come the next morning. We found Derek and Doors-2-Fix on Yelp and called because of the great reviews. Derek answered and although he was no where near our home/city, he said he'd be out within the next hour. He showed up within an hour, and after taking a look was able to diagnose the problem immediately. His service was amazing, and his prices were beyond fair. If or when we ever have a problem with a garage door in the future, Doors-2-Fix will be the first company I call. These are the kind of companies you can only hope to find in your community. Value for Money
