In January 1980, Douglas Printing was established in Goodlettsville, Tennessee by David Douglas. He was joined shortly thereafter by his father, Gilbert H. Douglas Sr. Who at the time had spent over thirty five years in the printing industry in Nashville. The two were then joined by brothers Nathan Douglas and Tim Douglas to form the core ownership and leadership of Douglas Printing, that is still active today. Douglas Printing has become one of the most viable and respected printing firms in the Nashville area.
