Downey's has been listed in the top 1000 of FTD Florist and top 500 of Teleflora. Doris Downey is a member to the Tennessee Florist Hall of Fame, Past President of the Tennessee Florist Association, and the Professional Florist Association, Chattanooga Area. The Downey Family has served with community projects, organizations, Hamilton County Department of Education, community churches, and the Chamber of Commerce. It has been the official florist of the Tennessee Junior Miss Program for the past twenty five years, served as manager with FTD.
