I would like to recommend DryTight Roofing to anyone looking for a roof repair or replacement. The insurance company only offers to pay for half of a roof. My mom need a total replacement. With Austin at Drytight expertise, he was able to negotiate a whole new roof. If you need someone who has the client bust interest, call DryTight Roof. I think anyone will be happy with their service.

Austin was very responsive and reliable. He was the first company to get back to me, and he made the entire quote and repair process. Luckily, my roof repair didn't require major work, and he was able to complete it when he came to give me his quote. I didn't feel like he was up-selling me at all. I enjoyed working with his company so much that I used them to install gutter guards on my house. I would recommend him to any friend or family member for their roofing needs.

After dry tight did my neighbors house I had them do new gutters on mine. They were polite, professional and courteous. Austin was super responsive to questions and needs. So the last roofing company that did my roof didn't install new chimney flashing which resulted in leaks. After complaining, they finally came out and slapped some tar on it. It still leaked. I called DryTight Roofing and Austin made sure it was done right! He replaced the flashing and some of the surrounding shingles. We've had a couple heavy rains and not a single drop from a leak. He was a pleasure to work with, is very informative, and does great quality work! He also fixed my wobbly cabinet and brought a carpenter ant problem to my attention.

I started off in a roofing sales position but found myself quickly learning how to fill a variety of roles. Eventually, I realized I wanted to start my own roofing company so here I am today! I always dreamed of becoming a business owner and with some great mentorship from some good friends, a lot of hard work, and a little luck, in August 2020 I was able to make that become a reality.
