I think I spoke to the whole family - and Id like to be adopted. From the first phone call through to the techs that completed the job, everything was smooth and perfect. My elderly houses ductwork was in good hands and I now have such peace of mind with this crew. Bob, Tim, Ralph, and onsite Vince and Jayden took great care of me and my home.

As a property manager and administrator, I am tasked with getting bids and proposals, for maintenance for the properties I care for. Recently we needed duct cleaning quotes for one of the properties, by far the largest single residence I maintain.

Robert from Duct Diagnostics was the exception. He was courteous, professional, did not speak down to us, was respectful of our time, property, and situation. I was extremely impressed! Being in the trades for over fifty years myself, I have learned that if you are being considered to work in someone's home, there is no room for pomp, self-righteousness, or vanity.
It is always about the relationship. Robert struck all the right chords, which tells me he has self esteem and values that I can appreciate.
I consider it a blessing to have met Robert, and look forward to the possibility of working together on other jobs.
Unfortunately, it was not in the cards for this one, but he impressed us so much that we feel Duct Diagnostics stands above ALL the big ticket companies for one reason...
it's the relationship that matters to most people. Having that feeling that you're not going to be left in the lurches if there is a problem.

Duct Diagnostics did a fantastic job cleaning my HVAC system. What really stood out was their honesty after inspecting everything, they told me my system was in great shape and probably wouldnt need another cleaning for another 5 to 7 years. That kind of transparency is rare.

Before choosing them, I had gotten quotes from other companies that were either suspiciously low or ridiculously high and many were pushy and unprofessional. Some showed up late, pressured me into scheduling on the spot, or even left a mess behind after the job.

Duct Diagnostics was the total opposite. They arrived on time, explained every step clearly, took all the necessary precautions to do the job right, and left my home as clean as they found it. Friendly, professional, efficient exactly what you hope for.

From the beginning, everyone on the Duct Diagnostics team were a pleasure to work with. The team that Ralph sent over to clean our ducting was professional, knowledgeable and personable. Jim was very thorough in explaining what would be done. Jim, Janel and Leo were hard working throughout the entire procedure. During the cleaning, we were informed several times about how things were progressing. We received before and after photos of the ductwork. They cleaned up beautifully afterwards. I couldnt be happier with our duct cleaning service! From the moment I called to schedule the appointment it was a delightful experience. Everyone from the receptionist, owner to the workers were great!! The guys were very friendly & professional. They explained everything before, during and after. They included pictures as well so I could see whats happening inside my vents. I find the price to be worth every penny! They will be coming back again to do my heating vents and dryer vents for sure!
