Duncan was fantastic! Fast scheduling and great communication throughout the process. Tyler, was terrific and explained each step in my washer repair. He was knowledgeable and knew the exact issue. The control board needed replacement and was a common problem with this type of machine. Repair was completely quickly. I would highly recommend Duncan!

Duncan Appliancewas very responsive and able to come out quickly and get our dryer fixed. Matt was our service tech and he did a phenomenal job explaining the issue and getting everything fixed quickly.

Pricing seemed like a lot, but its a lot less than paying for a new fridge. And Justin was excellent. He diagnosed the issue quickly, and got us back up and running as quickly as possible after parts got in.

While the service tech was polite and cordial, I was disappointed with the quickness of such an expensive and involved diagnosis. In just a couple of minutes the tech was confidently quoting nearly $800 for parts unseen and not specified by an original call to the Bosch service center. I asked a couple of times which two parts he was referring to that needed to be replaced and he was a little non-specific about the name of the parts but settled on the general name of a diverter valve and a heat pump module or something to that effect. While there was an estimate sent to my email, it only specified the total discounted amount of a little over $700 since we were granted a senior discount. It could be that everything this service tech assessed is correct. Still disappointed that it happened so quickly and the $119 diagnosis fee seems to just add to the disappointment. I found out that the Bosch dishwasher like;y has a "diagnostic mode" that would run checks on the unit and this was not used or offered to us.

Sean was able to fix our Samsung ice maker. Was told it couldnt be fixed by another repair service. Thought we were going have to buy a new refrigerator. Sean had a repair kit that was able to fix the issue. Sean was very professional and knowledgeable. Gave us information on other appliances that we asked about. Very efficient and left everything cleaned up.
Would highly recommend Sean at Duncan Home Services for any appliance repairs you may have. I know we will keep his number for future repairs if needed.

Very happy with the services provided by Matt. We had our ice maker replaced and the rubber boot replaced on our front load washer. Matt was very knowledgeable about both appliances and quickly determined what was needed for the repairs. Matt was great to work with, friendly and kept us informed throughout. He even gave suggestions on how to keep the washer boot clean.

Justin was informative, polite, and efficient. We explained the problem, he checked it out and went to his truck for the part. Installed and checked it out in 10 minutes. Very satisfied. He definitely was a ray of sunshine. Will recommend to friends.

Had a wonderful experience with Justin. He came out at the beginning of the time window which I had requested and was very helpful. Unfortunately the news was not good, a bad motor on a dishwasher that was about 30 years old and part could not be replaced although he tried several resources. He gave me a couple of names of appliance dealers they recommend.

Had a great experience with Justin and Duncan Home Services. Our dryer started to make noises, and I know that is not a good sign. I called DHS, and was scheduled for next day service with a reminder that they would text when in route. Justin texted me, and arrived within 20 minutes. He looked at the dryer, ran it, and after opening it up, he showed me the problem and explained the fix. It was an idler pulley that that was sticking, and he had a full parts kit to replace it along with a belt and other rollers. He was in and out in just about 50 minutes. I appreciated the time he took to help me understand the problem and the fix. Everything went extremely well, and I would recommend both Duncan Home Services and Justin. They did a 5 star job for me.

Duncan Home Services is a great company for Appliance Repair. They are prompt, friendly and know what they are doing. Justin is great at diagnosing the problem and fixing it. Having him in your home is enjoyable, and productive. Cannot thank them enough.

Justin did a great job helping to diagnose our oven issue. While its an electrical issue that he couldnt fix, he removed the oven and placed it on a dolly so our electrician can get in and remediate quickly. I appreciated the quick communication and timely arrival as well! Thank you for the service!

We had a great experience with Justin who repaired our (very) old Kenmore dryer. They were able to schedule quickly for him to take a look at it and order the parts immediately. They were very upfront with the the possible costs which we appreciate. Great service!

Super great repair team, had a guy named Matt. Fast, friendly, and did I mention fast? They had to order parts and the parts arrived the next day and they were back out the day after. Pretty amazing. Always arrived in their window as well, texted/communicated well, and a good price to boot. Even the home office scheduling and such was nice and easy.

Repairs were well done, zero issues since. Will absolutely use again.

Tyler successfully completed an oven repair on our Viking range. It proved to be a challenging repair and he methodically worked with other experienced techs within Duncan and Viking to identify, and ultimately, make the repair. Tyler patiently and clearly answered our questions regarding the problem with our oven. He showed up for the appointments on time, and cleaned- up afterwards. The individual(s) who answered our calls at Duncan were very polite and helpful. I highly recommend Duncan for appliance repair based on this experience.

Its rare that Id say anything good about paying a service charge to not get something done, but Sean came out and was transparent and honest about costs to repair vs replace my machine and gave some experiential recommendations. He gave me information and let me and my wife decide without pressure. If this is the culture Duncan has cultivated in their team Ill be keeping them on roster to call again for any future issues or second opinions.

Overall, excellent service and easy to schedule and work with. Matt, our technician, repaired my GE Profile dishwasher by replacing a motor with a broken tube. The tube couldn't be ordered separately. He was very knowledgeable and courteous. He identified the problem in about 20 minutes, ordered the part, and quoted the total cost. I paid a deposit, and once the part arrived (about 5 days), he installed it, and I paid the remaining balance. Another Duncan technician repaired my LG washer, which wasn't draining, during an earlier visit. It took about 30 minutes. I am very satisfied with both interactions and will contact Duncan again for future repairs.
