Andy's practice focuses on the areas of Taxation, Wills, Estate Planning and Administration, and Medicaid Planning. Andy was born in Elmira, New York, graduated from the University of Rochester in 1972, received his J. D. From Boston University in 1975 and his Masters of Law in Taxation from Boston University in 1976. He has practiced law in Rochester, New York, since 1976. Andy is an active member of Asbury First United Methodist Church, where he has served on the Board of Trustees, as Chairperson of the Dining and Caring Center, and Chairperson of the church's Outreach Task Force.
