D. Power and Associates 2010 U. S. Motorcycle Helmet Satisfaction Study. The study finds that brand loyalty is tied directly to owner satisfaction, as 41% of well satisfied motorcycle helmet owners indicate they definitely will repurchase the same brand (Highly Satisfied clients are defined as giving satisfaction scores averaging higher than 900 on a 1, 000-point scale)
