ECC. Is a licensed general contractor specializing in water and sewer utility installation and complete site development. We've been servicing Southeastern North Carolina for more than six years including New Hanover, Brunswick, Pender and Onslow Counties and we're looking to expand into South Carolina. We currently have a huge array of customers including City and County government agencies, developers, builders and general contractors. We currently have grown within the last six years to employ at times more than 50 employees running approximately eight crews.
