Tongue and pulse diagnosis give the acupuncturist important information about your body's 'climate' and how to treat your condition. Herbs are often prescribed to take at home. Sometimes other modalities are used, such as cupping, acupressure or heat lamp, depending on the condition being treated and your constitution.
