Eastern Shore Window and Doors crew replaced my 14 double hung windows with expertise and professionalism. Management had great communication with me. Things were delayed because of Covid and they did warn me of that prior to me signing the contract. My wife and I are thoroughly pleased and this was worth the wait!
One year after installation I can tell you my heating and air-conditioning bills are much lower. These windows will pay for themselves within another two years!

Had a wonderful experience with Eastern Shore Window and Door. All the windows came in on time and exactly as ordered, installation was scheduled quickly and easily, and Jake did a fantastic job with the tear-out, installation, and clean up. I would highly recommend this company to anyone in the Maryland Delaware region looking for replacement windows or doors. Great job!

In love with our new windows. Joe was very easy to work with and answered all of our questions. Even with me being OCD lol. They installers arrived on time and work the day away. They cleaned all dust, debris and trash up when the job was finished. They even blew off the driveway and showed us how to work the windows to clean them. I definitely recommend Eastern Shore Window and Door. I will be using them in the future for our front door.

Our experience with Eastern Shore Windows & Door was outstanding. Jake was meticulous taking the time to thoroughly install our new windows with no issues. His attention to detail was amazing and explained in detail how he was going to remove the existing windows to ensure no damage to our property, and then the process he would use to install the new ones. He did not rush the installation which was much appreciated. Our family would highly recommend Eastern Shore Windows & Door to do any of your projects. Our neighbors were so impressed with our installation that they contacted the company for their own windows and doors.

We have had these windows for over 2 years now with continued high quality. When we have a problem with, say, how to open the bottom window on a double hung window, Joe is just a phone call away. Excellent quality. I highly suggest you purchase these.

The new sliders look amazing and really limit the outside noise. I wish we had put them in years ago! The techs that installed the sliders were great also and left no mess behind when they were completed.

The installer (Matt) was awesome- nice guy, good communication, did all the "regular" windows in 1 day then worked 3 days to do bay window. Good sales representation too (Terry). Joe always answered when I called. That lifetime warranty sealed the deal for me.

Called Eastern Shore Door and Window seeking help about 2 door issues I have at my condo. Joe answered and after a brief discussion said he could stop over within a few minutes to personally review door issues. As promised, Joe arrived shortly and reviewed my 2 door issues. Joe explained my options on door number one and also provided me with some very helpful info. On door number 2, ( which was a pocket door ) Joe diagnosed the problem very quickly, pulled out a screwdriver, made some adjustments, and the door was operating as expected!

This company did an amazing job installing our windows and French door. Jake and his assistant Tyler were professional and courteous and very detail oriented when doing our install. Not only was the install great but their prices are great and the main office was awesome scheduling everything for us. We would definitely use them again and recommend them to anyone.

Eastern Shore Window and Door replaced our sliding doors. The doors are high quality and reduce the noise and heat. Joe was very helpful with ordering the doors and keeping us informed of their arrival. The installation by Shane and his partner went smoothly and efficiently. They were careful with the removal of the old doors and meticulous with the installation of the new ones right down to the trim and caulking. They were diligent with clean-up and restoring the area back to the way it was. We are very pleased with the process and recommend Eastern Shore Windows and Doors without hesitation.
