HHM serves people with limited material assistance on an emergency basis, helping with rent, utilities, and / or supportive services and advocacy. Our team and volunteers aid the customer to prioritize requirements and work with community agencies and funding sources to suit those requirements. Our team offers someone to talk to; someone to share concerns with; someone to encourage reaching aims then rejoice in those accomplishments.

Don't forget about calling Waypoint Centralized Intake at 319-366-7999, 211 and looking at Linn County Resource Sheets. Follow healthy recommendations and check up on people you know. He was everything from our book keeper to our custodian, and many things in between. His diligence, tirelessness, and unmitigated commitment to good works will not be forgotten. Because he believed everyone should be treated with dignity and respect, Chuck helped others everywhere he turned without any need for accolades. He had high expectations of our efforts.

Part-time property manager, Mike Williams, screens applications, collects rent, supervises cleaning and maintenance, and coordinates agency and police involvement regarding tenants.
