El Tapatio's Mexican Restaurant

Noel Jaimes Sr. At the age of 19 came from southern Mexico to Texas on foot with a dream in mind. His dream was to someday own his own restaurant and to please many clients with his great food and service. He started working as a fence builder in Ingram, Texas back in 1975 for five dollars a day. Noel saved every penny with the hope that someday he would be capable to open his restaurant. He soon married his wife Jacinta, and both worked hard in the restaurant industry for over 24 years before they could accomplish their dream.
