The Electric Chair started as Sunline Surfboards in 1980, with the Electric Chair opening in 1983. Originally an experiment in the punk rock scene of the early '80's, the Electric Chair speedily dominated the scene, setting the standard for years to come. With the growth of the alternative and independant industries throughout the 80's and 90's, the Electric Chair expanded through the years into our current location in Huntington Beach, California, and up until 1990 had a store in Long Beach, California as well.

I had already been in touch via email and had sent a rough idea of what I wanted doing. Stephanie was my artist and she did a fantastic job. The tattoo ended up way better than I could have ever imagined and I'm very happy with the result. Overall a professional outfit that ensured I felt welcome the whole time we were there.
