I am new to Montreal, having moved here from Copenhagen (Denmark) via Oregon, via Dublin via Boston. During my 4-year stint at Berklee College of Music (Boston, MA) I gained my B. M. In Violin Performance while globetrotting around Europe and the western U. S. Picking up the violin at age 5, I spent 10 years studying classical music before branching off into jazz and improvisation. Always on the artistic move, I soon became interested in more untraditional idioms, and my playing now includes rock, funk, hip-hop and electronica, as well as traditional Irish fiddling.
