Super friendly staff! And probably one of the best showrooms I have seen in the Bay Area!

They did an amazing job with our floors and installing new baseboards throughout the house! Daniel gave us a bid that was transparent and fair and his install crew was very efficient and professional. As with any projects you run into issues. Whenever we brought up issues they addressed them right away. Very happy with how our project turned out and would definitely hire them again for any other flooring projects in the future.

Daniel the owner as quick and very easy to communicate via text. Camellia was the person who helped me in the store. She was helpful and we ended up ordering the floors from them. My contractor was able to pick up the floorings with no issue. Happy with this local business.

Daniil is a true professional, honest and extremely knowledgable. He answered every question I had and I never felt rushed to make a decision. He came out and measured everything and provided me clear estimates of the work to be done. He never tried to upsell me on anything I didn't need but did offer small ideas on how to upgrade the work without breaking the bank.

For example, he said contrasting the stairs with white bases would give them a much more modern and luxury feel, and I definitely agree they came out quiet nice for just a small increase in cost. The carpet was ruined by the previous renter, but Daniil and his team replaced it with great LVP flooring solution from Gaia. The before and after was a huge improvement and the work was done quickly in less than a week. I'll certainly be calling them for future flooring work and would recommend them to anywhere in the Bay Area looking to upgrade their floors!

Our new home has Brazilian cherry throughout the house, with 8 years of neglected care so I decided to refinish before moving in. This is a gating item to the move so speed is important. Daniil responded to my quote request the same day, with the measurements and quote ready the very next day. He gave honest and fair assessments, answered all our (numerous) questions, and did not push more work than necessary to make sure the results look good.

His team was ready to roll the very next Monday. Francisco did amazing work reinvigorating the floors, and all the gaps between had been neatly finished. After the baseboards were recaulked and painted, the floors look as good as new. Overall the 2 floors and 800 sqft were neatly finished in about 5 days, including sanding, gap filling, 3 coats of finish, painting and touching up baseboards. Elephant floors were professional, courteous, and delivered high quality work quickly. I would definitely recommend them for future projects.

Daniil & team did a wonderful job. They completed the work in a week like promised. 1650 sq feet installation including stepping up in our living room. We installed Medieval flooring SPC/LVP at our new place and Daniil took care of everything from ordering to delivering the material. There was a minor issue that we noticed after a week and Daniil & team were quick to come back and fix it. Daniil also helped us selecting casings for our door as well as baseboards.

As a first time homeowner, he gave other suggestions too for our home which were really helpful. The team found a water damage near one of the windows and they were able to fix that for me too. Highly recommend Daniil & team :

Excellent experience with Daniil and his team led by Jorge. We had the whole place redone with engineered bamboo flooring and were living in the house for the duration. The team from Elephant Floors did a fantastic job with minimal disruptions to our lives. They were pleasant, punctual, and cleaned up the work area every evening. I am extremely happy with Elephant Floor for my entire house refinishing hardwood floor. Starting with Danill for initial contact/conversation to final walk through, every single bit of work provided by him was fully satisfied and leave the perfect outcome. Before Elephant Floors came to my house and replaced my laminate, I felt dizzy every time I looked at my floor when I came home from work or vacation. It was simply ugly and dirt would get through the cracks. There was even discoloration, which is embarrassing. I told myself for years I would get this job done, and I didn't want to spend the money to hire the pros.

I'm inherently distrustful of businesses. A colleague of mine recommended Elephant Floors, and I gave them a try. His recommendation went far, plus his home is beautiful, so I guess I was a bit jealous. Not anymore, I think my floor outdoes his. Now when I come home I take my shoes off and slide into the kitchen from the hallway. It's pretty freaking amazing.

I want to impress the fact that everything done was done at an affordable price, so it's a great deal either way you look at it. I definitely believe Elephant Floors deserves higher than a five star rating. Maybe a 10 star.

Daniil and gorge finished the maple hard wood floor installation very well. The cleaned up after work nicely. I recommend this company.

Daniiel is one of the most professional and helpful people I've ever worked with. He is incredibly polite, friendly, and responsive. Although our job was a small one, he treated it like it was not. For larger projects in the future, I will absolutely use Elephant Floors.

Me and my wife have contacted Daniel/Elephant Floors in regards of refinishing hardwood and installing tile in the kitchen and bathrooms. He came in to do the measurement and talked to us about the project. Daniel happened to be young, very professional and knowledgeable contractor. He took all the measurements, explained to us the logistics of the project, also came up with the labor cost estimate on the spot.

After talking to 2 other companies, we have decided to work with Daniel and Elephant Floors. We had to move out of the house and rent a PODS box to put all the furniture in. Daniel handled everything! We have spent 7 days in Tahoe, while the team was doing the job. After we came back, not only the project was already completed, the guys put all the furniture back where it belongs. We were very pleased by the quality, customer service and attitude of this company! I highly recommend Daniel and Elephant Floors to anyone who have flooring project to do!

I hired Elephant floors to refinish my parents house. Daniel came over to do the estimate. Very consultative approach and reasonable price. The house was fully furnished, so the guys moved all the furniture out of the house, and put it right back when the job was done. It took them a week to complete the project, pleasant surprise, they promised me 8 days. My parents and I love the floor, and I would recommend Elephant floors to anyone who want to refinish their hardwood.
