Called Elite plumbing around 7:30 PM tonight and told Mike we needed help for a let from the outside shutoff valve. Mike answered right away and was here within 30 minutes. Mike explained what they were going to do, to fix the problem and went right to work and my problem was solved in a bit over an hour. I've called other plumbers in the past and just wasn't impressed. Mike and his assistants were friendly and helpful. They did a great job at a reasonable price. I will definitely keep their business card and call them again when I have plumbing needs. Sebastian and his helper arrived onsite within an hour after I called Elite Plumbing. They had all of the parts needed to repair the external pipe water leak. I had a leak from my water heater in the evening last week and I panicked because most plumbers were closed. I found Elite plumbing online, read the reviews, and figured I'd give them a call. Mike made me feel less panicked over the phone. They showed up within an hour and immediately went to work. The water heater had to be replaced so they gave me a direct quote, left and came back with a new one. Everything was done after about 2 hours or so. Elite plumbing was knowledgeable and polite. I'd definitely use them again.

My hot water heater went out on a Sunday and Elite plumbing came out the same day to assess the problem. They were able to replace the hot water heater by 9pm. Mike and his Elite pluming associates did a great job at our Palm Harbor home! Mike recommended and installed a water softener system at our home that we are very pleased with. What an improvement! I thought I heard water running Sunday night around 11pm. I called Mike and he spent a lot of time on the phone with me asking questions and directing me how to turn my water off until he could get here. Mike and Tom came this afternoon as promised and checked out my entire house. Not only were they professional, but Mike explained everything to me and luckily did not find a leak. Mike and Tom arrived at 4:30 pm and worked until 9:30 pm to successfully resolve an emergency. The owner, Mike, is very intelligent and is truly an expert. Mike has 29 years of experience and is a master plumber. However, what impresses me the most about this plumbing company is their commitment to customer satisfaction.

Had our water softener system blow up and contacted Elite Plumbing. Mike came out the same day and diagnosed that each fixture that required water needed to be opened up and cleaned. He went to all of the fixtures in the house and restored water pressure back to normal. As I own a service company I have a great appreciation for thorough trouble shooting and repair. Mike and Elite Plumbing will be my only choice for all of my plumbing needs in the future! Great Job Mike.
