Elizabeth Nursing and Rehab Center is a 102 bed skilled nursing facility in historic Elizabeth. For nearly half of a century, Elizabeth Nursing and Rehab Center has gained a reputation for delivering quality care and loving attention to those whom we've been privileged to serve. When friends and family are called upon to make difficult decisions, it is comforting to know that they can turn to experienced specialists. Our Medical Director, who is Board certified in Geriatric Medicine, oversees the medical care of all of our residents and works closely with all of the physicians on our team.
