I highly recommend Ellingwood Pro! Leonard conducted a pre-listing inspection of my house. He was very thorough and gave me a lot of recommendations of things to fix before listing my property. Mr. Barnhart did a really first class job on the inspection of the house I was buying. I'm a real estate lawyer. I have bought and sold many properties. I've represented clients in God knows how many transactions and I've seen hundreds of inspection reports. The report Mr. Barnhart did in this case was at least among the very, very finest and maybe is the best I've ever seen.
