Mike was friendly, efficient. We had many areas of our carpet dark and worn out. His offer of stain removal, brush and Deodorizer. The results came out fantastic! Very pleased that the darker areas have disappeared. Thank you!

Mike was fantastic, very professional. Our rugs would not come clean anymore after multiple ways to clean them. Empire ChemDry was the only system that made the rugs come out beautiful and removed pet stains. Mike said he would do his best and it was Amazing!

Jordan and Justin came out to clean my carpets and were 2 of the most amazing young men. I explained that I was on a tight budget because I was moving cross country. Eventhought I was told about the extras there was absolutely no pressure to spend more money. The conversation and the laughter was awesome. They were both very polite and completely professional I would definitely call them again. Great job guys!

Most people want high quality service and workmanship, but what if you could have the Highest Quality service and workmanship?! Hire this company to clean your carpets, you won't regret it at all. This is the second time I have used this company in 3 years and have had two different sets of technicians, and Both performed equally well showing a consistent Standard Of Excellent Service.
The most recent team, Jordan and Justin, are Very Professional, polite, and thorough. They both worked so hard to bring my carpet back to it's clean, healthy, homey self. ChemDry uses a different method than most carpet cleaning services. Their products are safe for us humans and our companion pets, NO TOXINS! ChemDry's low water use and methodology means your carpets are Dry in hours rather than days. ChemDry's prices are Very Affordable, let them do it lol. Mike did a great job and it was quick! He was super friendly, my son loved it. It was great because the machine was quiet. I rented a carpet washer from homedepot a week before and tried it and took it back because it was so so so loud! Great service! Will be booking another appointment in the future!

I had multiple companies come out to my home to evaluate my carpets. Empire was the first to walk me step by step through the process and explain what had to be done. They honored my coupon without question and did an amazing job. I'm a very through person and have high expectations as sould any person who is having their carpets cleaned and let me tell you these boys went above and beyond! Thank you, Mike and Perry for doing such a great job, now my daughter and I can sleep and play a lot more comfortably. Natasha A
