Randel William Aleman owner and founder of The Encore Group, was born January 9, 1960 at Lake forest Hospital in Chicago Illinois. In 1964, he relocated to Las Vegas, Nevada with his mother and two siblings. Randel attended Rex Bell Elementary, Cashman Junior High School and won a Nevada State wrestling championship before graduating from Clark High School in 1978. Randel accepted a wrestling scholarship to wrestle for UNLV; an injury and lack of financial support forced him to give up college and join the work force.
