She holds Bachelors degrees in English Language and Literature and Electrical Engineering. Ema has lived and worked in Ann Arbor since 1990 and has taught English as a Second Language (ESL) at Washtenaw Community College and Eastern Michigan University, among other locations in the Ann Arbor area.
