Eric Z is great. The pricing is competitive, Karen is very responsive and friendly on the phone and they can usually pick up / deliver dumpsters on one day's notice. The drivers are skilled and can deliver 30 or 40 yard dumpsters in tight spaces.

The reason I can't recommend them enough actually has to do with a problem and how they handled it. One of their trucks got stuck in my backyard due to heavy rain during pickup of a dumpster I had for a demolition project. Getting the truck out left deep tracks in the backyard and a lot of mud on the street & driveway. Instead of leaving me to deal with the problem as I'm sure a lot of companies would, they came back the next day and cleaned everything thoroughly and filled in the holes. This is a small company owned and run by people who care a lot about getting it right.

The Best! Been meaning to post this review for some time now. Had Eric Z clean out my late fathers home in 2019 they did a fantastic job. They were there for at least 4 hours or so. Cleaned out a 7 room house plus the complete cellar. Let me tell you there was a lot of stuff to get rid of! They worked their butts offs. Thank you again guys. ps used their moving services also and they were very professional and careful moving the furniture . Very highly recommended for clean outs and moving.

I Had Eric z clean out my house. He removed all things that Salvation Army wouldn't take. Fast professional and fairly priced. A small dump truck was filled and it was done by 2 men in about a half hour. I would use them again in a heartbeat.

THE BEST DISPOSAL & DUMPSTER COMPANY AROUND!! A huge thank you to Eric Z Disposal out of Lynn, MA. When we heard they were a family owned and operated small business, we knew that we would be renting our dumpster through them. Not only are their rates as fair as they come, but their customer service is absolutley unmatched! After going 6 weeks over on our rental due to the usual hiccups with renovating a 130 year old home, we were shocked (in a good way) to hear what they were going to charge us! Any other rental company would have raked us over the coals , but not Eric Z. They even extended to us their winter special of NO WEEKLY RENTAL FEES THRU MAR 1ST, enabling us to keep the dumpster until our ongoing project was finished, at no added cost! Simply incredible! Please think twice about renting through other companies to save $25 or $30, because at the end of the day that $25 savings would have easily cost us over $200 when all was said and done. I did not think companies like this still existed.
