In order to ensure same day delivery orders must be received by 2:00pm Monday thru Friday. Saturday by 11:00 am. Orders recived after our cut off time will be personally delivered the next business day. Orders for major holidays can be ordered in advance. Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies: Esmeralda's is unable to cancel or refund order that are in the process to be delivered or all ready delivered.
