
After twenty years working in law companies on litigation and appellate cases, Cheryl began her own firm, determined to aid the legal community move forward with technology. In 1992, she established Evans Training & Consulting. In 2001, the business was incorporated as ETC Enterprises. In 1989, while working as a paralegal at a Phoenix law company, Cheryl wrote what some believe was the 1st user-friendly book for legal specialists teaching them how to use technology in their practice. Since then, she co-authored two additional books and has authored numerous articles for publications such as Law.
