read moreTuesdays- Our Lil' Dribblers youth basketball program will be using the courts on Tuesday evenings 4-7pm. Wednesdays- The Lil' Volley's class will be using half of the basketball court from 4-5pm. Saturdays- Our Lil' Dribblers and Lil' Sticks floor hockey programs will be using the courts on Saturday mornings at 9:30am-12:30pm. The Executive Health & Sports Center has been a fitness leader for over 30 years and is considered the best facility in Southern NH. Our mission is to inspire, motivate, and educate people to be healthy, active, and well for life.
