Tyler is the best appliance tech we’ve ever had. Techs from 2 other companies could not fix a water leak from the in-the-door water dispenser. Tyler took his time and properly diagnosed and fixed the problem.

Expert Appliance Repair Services was assigned as the warranty service from Home Depot on a garage freezer. Their staff reviewed the issues had the suspected part ordered and dispatched a repair tech within 5 days of the initial trouble ticket. The tech had the tools, knowledge, and exp on the unit to quickly get it up and running.

Very fast service, and they let me know the prices BEFORE they even sent the tech out. Tech was very efficient and friendly, and got to work right away diagnosing the problem. Since it was just a connection that had come loose, I was only charged the diagnostic fee, which I felt was very fair. Definitely will be using this company again.

Great service! The staff that took my call were friendly and quick to get us scheduled when our fridge failed. Drew did a fantastic job fixing our fridge- he called ahead with an accurate arrival time, worked quickly, friendly, cleaned up when he was done, and gave clear instructions on what to expect and how to reach them if we have any questions or concerns. Overall extremely satisfied and would call this team again for future issues.

They did warranty service work on our Bosch dishwasher. Expert appliance repair, were professional, knowledgeable, and very nice. They kept us apprised of all appointments and timing and their technicians really know what they’re doing. I would use them for regular appliance repair based on my experience with the warranty service they provided. I was very pleased With their response and customer service.

My lg fridge had broke down and I called expert and they was able to come out and help me fix and come up with a solution and was able to getvmy fridge cooling again. My tech Kenny was awesome and was able to get lg to cover the cost of the parts and the part I had to pay was cost effective and didn't break the bank.

When my 3 year old LG refrigerator stopped cooling, I was very fortunate to have Kenneth assigned to tackle several elusive and complex issues. He’s a very knowledgeable, skilled technician, and if my kitchen appliances experience problems in the future, I won’t hesitate to ask for Kenneth to come to the rescue! Also, Nicky and Pauline were always most helpful working with a resistant and incompetent LG repair office and they kept me informed of when ordered parts would arrive and scheduled several appointments for repairs.
