Until we're successful, you should be aware that the tax will be effective on July 1, 2010. The tax is only on tanning services involving UV light. The tax is to be paid at the time the UV service is provided, by the user and collected by the business. The IRS is required to issues final regulations and guidelines, but has not done so as of this update. We'll continue keep you posted on any future developments.
