Fado Irish Pub
Bar Club in Las Vegas, NV
Fad, pronounced f'doe, is the Irish expression meaning long ago. The term was commonly used as the preface of old Irish stories told by the Seancha (Shana-kee) or storyteller. At Fad we're telling the story of Ireland's rich and celebrated pub culture. It is a culture of hospitable surroundings, nice food and nice drink, and friendly conversation- what we call craic. We consider Fad a different kind of Irish pub. We blend the finest of the old with the finest of the new.

Our Story
read moreFad (pronounced f'doe) is Gaelic for "long ago" and is commonly used to start a story, similar to "once upon a time." We chose it because we're telling the story of Ireland's rich and ever-evolving pub culture. In 1996, a small group of Irish entrepreneurs came to the U.S. and started Fad with the goal of bringing the best of Dublin pubs to the U.S. That goal stands firm today as we passionately bring Irish Pubs into the 21st Century. It means we feature dozens of international and local beers.
