Great company
I knew my 35 year old HVAC system had to be replace. I spoke with 4 other companies and tried to tell them about the air flow problems in my house. Franestock was the only one that came up with a solution. They installed a larger return drop. I'm now able to open all my vents and I no longer have hot and cold spots. The installation crew was very professional. I also like having the peace of mind knowing I have a company I can depend on for service. Value for Money

Great job!!
Fahnestock is fabulous! Every single person you talk with- from scheduling, technicians, billing- everyone is nice and professional. They go of their way to make sure you’re taken care of and truly have the highest standard of customer service. Having a service plan is reasonable, has saved us so much money plus they automatically schedule to come out twice a year. I rarely write reviews- but in their case it’s so warranted. Value for Money

Geothermal
read moreGeothermal systems use the stored energy in the earth to heat and cool your home. About 6 feet below the surface the ground temperature remains constant year-round. In the summer time, this ground is much cooler than the air. Less electricity is required to cool your home using the ground than trying to cool your home with the already hot outdoor air. The process is reversed in the winter to provide efficient heating. Instead of burning fuel or converting electricity directly to heat, a geothermal system uses a small amount of electricity to move stored heat from the ground back into your home.
