Fairlawn Rehab Hospital

If you or someone you care about is a stroke survivor who is experiencing difficulties with speech, mobility and/or activities of daily living, please feel free to call Fairlawn about its Second Chance Stroke Screenings. Fairlawn now hosts a Stroke Support Group on the 4th Wednesday of each month from 2 p.m. To 3:30 p.m. The group, open to stroke survivors, their families, and members of the community, meets in the 1st floor cafeteria. Refreshments are served.
