Since opening in the Summer of 2004, this family owned & operated establishment has quietly emerged as Boise's Downtown Neighborhood Pub. Although The Falcon is known for its award-winning hand-pressed Kobe Burgers, the rest of the affordable menu is rounded out with a generous range of creative appetizers, soups, salads, and sandwiches.
