This award was presented to Alison Foster Davis by the University of Pacific, honoring her non-profit work in the field of adoption. Alison was nominated for this award by fellow UOP graduate, Peter Williams. This award was presented to Alison Foster Davis by the Congressional Coalition of Adoption Institutes, a non-partisan alliance of members of Congress who are dedicated to improving adoption policies.
