read moreExperience is welcomed, but we are also willing to train the right person and new hires will be paired with experienced pool construction technicians. We are seeking hard-workers who show up on time, are self-starters, can follow basic instructions (move materials, brush/vacuum the new pools, clean construction area as needed, test freshly filled water, add startup chemicals, organize paperwork for pool equipment, etc), and has a can-do positive attitude. You must be able to lift at least 50 pounds, be in good physical shape, work well with coworkers, and have positive demeanor when speaking with customers.
