Metro Mills, the parent firm, was established in 1969 by Al Kapit & Frank Pepe who parlayed their experience into a firm that would continue to thrive as it was handed down to future generations. Today, owned and run by their sons, Don Kapit and Fred Pepe, Fashion Windows Etc. Which began with 2, 000 square feet of space, today is a 25, 000 square foot factory that employs over 60 people.
