We're a community partner, working with our members, community nonprofits, and cities and towns across our region to promote affordable housing and economic development. Each year, we supply 10 percent of our profits to fund affordable housing for the residents of the communities we serve. In addition, we supply community investment programs that fund predevelopment activities and supply reduced rate advances for affordable housing and community economic development.
